Welcome to FHE Planner ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a digital platform designed to help families organize and coordinate activities. By accessing our website at fheplanner.com (the "Site") or using any of our features (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. User Accounts & Security

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Integrity: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your password.

2. Subscriptions & Financial Terms

Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

Billing Cycle: Fees are billed at the start of your subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via the Stripe Billing Portal located in your Account settings.

No Refunds: To maintain low operational costs, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

3. Ownership & Content

FHE Planner retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including logos, code, and design elements. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial family organization.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, FHE Planner is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or the accuracy of user-generated schedules.

5. Termination & Data Deletion

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms (e.g., harassment or abuse of the system). To request complete deletion of your data from our MySQL servers, please contact us at the email provided below.
